Terms and conditions for MOMLETA Silver - Virtual ONLY

All Plans

For all recurring billing plans I understand and agree that I will be automatically billed on the 1st of each month (or the immediately following workday if the 1st is not a workday) for that month. I may cancel my billing plan at any time with no penalty by notifying my franchise owner in writing. In order to ensure my account is cancelled prior to billing for the following month I understand that I must notify my franchise owner of my request to cancel no later than the 25th of the month. I will not be refunded any payments that may have occurred prior to my cancellation unless I cancel within an initial three (3) day Purchase Cancellation Period. Any and all product purchases, including any required Equipment Kit, are not returnable or refundable.

Restricted Plans

If I am purchasing a "Restricted" plan (a plan limited to a maximum number of visits per month), I understand that I am limited to taking a maximum number of classes per month. I may attend additional classes at my option by paying the drop-in fee to attend additional classes or by upgrading my plan to an unlimited plan. I understand that unused classes do not roll over to the following month.

Three (3) Day Purchase Cancellation Period

I understand I may cancel my purchase without any penalty or further obligation within three (3) days from the date of purchase by letting my class instructor or franchise owner know of my desire to cancel. I understand my local franchise owner will refund me within ten (10) business days following my request less a 5% processing fee to cover expenses associated with this refund. If I have attended any classes prior to my cancellation I agree to pay the drop-in fee for any classes attended during this three (3) day cancellation period.

Class Enrollment and "No Show" Fees

I am responsible for enrolling myself into classes that I plan to attend. If I do not enroll into a class I will not receive updates related to that specific class (class cancellation due to weather, location changes, etc.). I also understand that each class has a restriction on the maximum number of attendees for that class and if I show up without enrolling then I could potentially not be able to take the class if this attendee limit is reached. I agree that the class Instructor is solely responsible for making this determination.

If I have enrolled into a class and cannot make that class I understand that I am responsible for cancelling my planned attendance through my Pike13 client account. I agree that I will cancel my class enrollment no later than 4 hours prior to the scheduled class start time or I may be subject to a $5 cancellation fee or the deduction of a class from my Class Package. The same policy will apply to class no shows. I understand that all class cancellations must be made via Pike13 and that texts, phone calls or any other means of communication will not be accepted as a cancellation.

Participation is at my Own Risk

I expressly agree that participation in MOMLETA programs or events is at my sole risk, and Inspiring Wellness LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, franchisees, licensees, instructors, contractors, partners or suppliers (collectively “MOMLETA Parties”) shall not be responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, theft or loss whatsoever. MOMLETA Parties shall not be responsible or liable to me or my friends or family for any articles damaged, lost or stolen before, during, or after participation in MOMLETA programs or events, or for the loss of any property including, but not limited to, automobiles and contents thereof. I hereby release and forever waive any claims I may have against MOMLETA Parties for any losses or damages I sustain as a result of my participation in MOMLETA programs or events.
