MOMLETA Run Training incorporates two different levels of training. Whether you are new to running or have completed several 5Ks, our 8-week 5K
Training Program will give you the tools you need to safely complete a 5K with our walk : jog interval training
method that is proven to prevent
injury. If you are looking for a greater challenge then enroll in our Half Marathon / 10k more intensive training 12-week program.
